Creative Output Theory (COT) is a collaborative, community-focused, skateboarding-based art and education project created and coordinated by Artcite’s 2024 Waawiiyaatanong BIPOC Artists in Residence, Josinah Makotoko and Ricardo Rodriguez. COT officially opened on February 10 and closes on March 9.
