Join us at Artcite Inc. for a week of summer arts festivities! Kicking off with a pop-up night market and concluding with a potluck and poetry party, this is community-building at its finest. Film screenings, art-making, live DJs, drum circles, improv comedy, open mic, tie-dying, food eating, vibe sharing and more! See you there!

Artist market with local art and craft vendors, and food courtesy of COOK-UP. CJAM 99.1 FM merch table and live DJs from 8–11pm. Hang out and support your local artists and artisans. Dancing optional. In collaboration with CJAM and COOK-UP. Free!

Art Jam Jr.
Two days of open art-making, just for kids! All kids 12 and under are welcome (parents allowed.) Featuring a pop-up mini exhibition of kid-created artworks, hung at kid height by the artists themselves. In collaboration with Vanguard Youth Arts Collective/Arts Council Windsor & Region. Free!

See/Saw #1: Drylongso
A lost treasure of 1990s DIY filmmaking, Cauleen Smith’s Drylongso embeds an incisive look at racial injustice within a lovingly handmade buddy movie/murder mystery/romance. $10 advance or at the door. $5 students and members. Limited seating. Film at 7:30pm.

Community potluck, drum circle, poetry readings, open mic and more! Concluding with a special screening of Slam (1998). Hosted by Teajai Travis, Windsor’s Multicultural Community Storyteller, and featuring readings by Chidera Ikewibe, Erik E-Tomic Johnson, and Mbonisi Zikhali Zomkhonto.
