Doin the Louvre (DTL) is Artcite’s annual holiday fundraising exhibition and sale and is a tradition as old as Artcite itself!

Doin’ the Louvre offers an opportunity for artists to exhibit and sell their works. Each year we fill the walls with hundreds of artworks by dozens of area artists and celebrate the breadth of creativity in our region.

All artwork is for sale during the run of the exhibition. Artcite sells work on behalf of artists who in return donate 30% of the sale towards Artcite’s programming and operations.

DTL is a great opportunity to give a unique gift that supports local artists and your local artist-run centre.

All work is $300 or less, with many options at all price points. Purchased works can be taken with you at point of purchase or picked up by December 20.

Doin’ the Louvre will include paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, mixed media, sculpture, and artist-made gift items such as ornaments, books, toys, cards, ‘art wear’, jewellery, etc.) created by established and emerging Windsor and Detroit area artists.
