This month our presenter is Divya Rudramoorthy, owner of Dollops & Sprinkles. Divya will be talking about her journey toward natural and wholesome desserts. She'll suggest ways to avoid artificial colours, hydrogenated oils, and preservatives in everyday baking, and share her Purple Sweet Potato Snickerdoodle recipe, which elevates a simple cookie with the addition of just one special ingredient, giving it a unique flavour and a fun, natural colour.

Table Talk offers an interactive experience that includes food tasting. Each participant will leave with a recipe so they can prepare the meal for others and pass on the knowledge and stories they've been told. If you're meat-free, please let us know by choosing the veg option when registering.


This event is part of our bi-monthly series Table Talk, an ongoing collaborative program with COOK-UP that invites folks to consider the ways food and art come together to transform, connect, and nourish. Through stories and memories, participants are invited to interact with the ingredients that make up a dish. Registration required. Spaces are limited. $25.
